About the Journal

“Comparative literature studies”, an academic journal of the Institute of Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences was published from 2004 under the title “Literary Relations” as a collection. The journal has been publishing as a journal since 2014. Since 2018, following the decision of the Presidium of ANAS on improving the quality of scientific journals, the name of the journal specialized in comparative studies has been changed to “Comparative literature studies” and complied with international requirements. The journal is published twice a year both in print and online versions.

The name of the journal specialized in comparative studies has been changed to “Comparative literature studies” as the decision of the Presidium of ANAS's decision to upgrade the journals and conform to worldwide standards in 2018. The magazine is released in print and online twice a year.
